COVID-19 Policies:

In order to continue to keep our athletes, parents, and staff healthy we are asking the following from our parents;

• Only one adult per athlete in the Parent Viewing area
• All adults to wear masks at all times inside the gym
• Please wait to have your temperature taken in the lobby before entering the gym.

Mats are being sanitized as regularly in between classes as possible.

Deep cleaning is happening in the evenings after classes.

Regular use of hand sanitizer during classes is being encouraged.

iClass Pro Account:

Follow these simple steps to create a parent account, pay online, or enroll in any “extra activities” like camps/clinics or Open Gyms.

Go to megagymnastics.us

Click on the Parent Log In/Class Registration button in the top right hand corner.

Click on Create An Account OR Parent Log In (DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT IF YOU ALREADY HAVE ONE! WE CAN HELP YOU RESET YOUR PASSWORD!)

Once you are logged in you can follow the website to pay for class, or sign up for certain events!

Auto Withdraw Tuition

At MEGA we want to make things as simple as possible for you! We can auto-draft your monthly tuition each month with a credit/debit card or E-Check information stored on your account. Accounts will be auto-drafted on the 1st of each of month. If you prefer not to have your card on file charged you can pay online or over the phone with another form of payment before the 1st of each month.

Make Up Classes

When your child misses a class at MEGA you will be sent an email with a Make-Up token! Make-Up tokens can be used in any "like" class that has room in it! Make-Up tokens must be used within 45 days of the missed class. Make up classes must be scheduled with the front desk 24 hours + prior to the class.

Late Fees

Monthly Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. A $25 lat fee will be added to all invoices not paid in full by the 5th of the month.

Discounts

• MEGA offers multiple family member discounts (immediate family only). 1st Sibling - $10 off. 3rd Sibling - 1/2 price.
• MEGA offers 10% off to all Law Enforcement and Military Families (Thank you for your service!)
• BOGO - When the same child is enrolled in a second class the second class is 1/2 price.

Class Closure

MEGA will be closed on the following Holidays:

• New Years Day
• Memorial Day
• 4th of July
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve & Christmas Day

Track your Students Progress Online

Log into your iClass Pro account (using steps above) and then click on "evaluations" on the left side of the screen. You can see which skills have been introduced, which skills are being learned, and which skills have been mastered.
